M1 here, definitely get good at Anki because when you matriculate get ready to get railed on a daily basisπππππͺπ½πͺπ½ got a test every single week on like 15 lectures, tons of quizzes and more. Enjoy your time while you have it! I wish I did that and but all I could think about was medical school and not I have to every waking moment haha
This is so helpful! I have a long way before I'll be ready to sit down for the MCAT (I don't have all my prereqs done yet), but this is a great place to start and so informative. I appreciate you not trying to sell us anything.
how big was your kitkat deck around the time you tested? also, did you have an ideal or specific number of new cards you did during your content review with anki? i really liked your idea of rewriting pathways esp bc the citric acid cycle is always dragging me down lol
Hi, love your MCAT videos! Do you feel Jack Westin CARS or UWorld CARS are more like AAMC material? I just feel like the passage types provided between the two platforms are different, and Jack Westin passages are way shorter. What would advise someone to use for CARS practice prior to touching AAMC material?
Okay question on writing notes, Do you use paper or an IPad or a tool to store your notes? Writing is better for me but I donβt have a IPad so typing on onenote or notion is best as well. Having a storage system to keep notes to dive into them quick for things ?
would you be able to upload those decks you made? I have been doing roughly the same thing with metabolic pathways and connected things specifically for B/B.
