To give a bit more context:
Most of the clips you see here are from the Uprooted campaign, with a couple being from one-shots. The characters typically stay within their campaign but will sometimes appear in one-shots or mini campaigns as non-canon or alternate versions.

Hazel is one of the original characters, all the way back to their Root RPG campaign that later got adapted to Uprooted. Kelsey, who played Hazel, left the campaign and Mace/Jean Claude joined shortly after to fill the gap.

5:24 Bitsy was supposed to be eating spaghetti/pasta and just kept twisting the noodles until they were so heavy on the fork, she (obviously Derek) couldn't hold them like you'd expect her too. Nothing with Bitsy is even close to normal.

You should ABSOLUTELY watch a full campaign!! They’re fantastic!!

So the "Smells Like Pennsylvania" @3:50 Is a joke from another campaign where they make a joke about "The Sperm Trees of Pennsylvania". The physical bit Derick is doing @4:27 is Bitsy twisting her fork in spaghetti and wrapping her whole plate of it on the fork (which she can't lift). Kelsey was a major part of Root and Uprooted Season 1 as well most of their older campaigns, but recently she has taken a step back from showing up in campaigns because she wanted to spend more time with her and Andy's daughter.

I would love to see a ranking of your top characters! But you definitely need to check some shorts out with Ziggy beforehand!!

17:34 Nope!* Kelsey is part of the group (married to Andy) and she's in several other Avantris  campaigns besides Uprooted but she stepped away to take care of her daughter. She still appears in session from time to time.
*Well technically the only person they've every played with outside of their group is Mathew Lillard.
They've mentioned before that they have no plans on ever inviting guests to play with them because their group dynamic just works so well as it is.

While Kelsey/Hazel isn't a guest, they have had guests on Avantris.  They've had Matthew Lillard of the live action Scooby-Doo and Wing Commander movies on.

Hazel is Kelsey, she was part of the first season of uprooted, but then Andy got her pregnant and she left to take care of the baby. They are married

Even, my man. It's not gay for a man to think his woman looks hot.

There Uprooted campaign is basicly whatever intrusive thoughts they can think of become intrusive statements and depending on group reaction they stick to the bit yes anding for however long they feel like really..

I’m pretty sure he was twirling a giant thing of spaghetti and he was having trouble lifting it so he had to use his elbow as leverage

You should watch the old live action shorts too

Avantris
World of Io
The Stinky Dragon Inn
There are others but they're all pretty great

Watching this while designing characters for my indie show that I REALLY want to call uprooted because it works for the situation the characters are in and it's an American word and the show is set in america, but I can't because uprooted already exists 😭😭

Lol if you enjoy DnD then they are some of the most entertaining campaigns. A few of them are a little more serious because they are more trying to show off the thing they built for DnD, but for the most part all of their campaigns are pretty unhinged. There's not much concern for whether or not anything fits the setting or if it really makes sense, they are just trying to make each other laugh.

As long as you say no hmo before your clear was the rule right

9:58 dafuq you mean "I think"?

Early Gang (First)

Do you think she looks like a femboy or does she, if it's just her you're fine.
