I’m from eastern Kentucky.  I come from a long line of mountain Baptist preachers.  My family church is a log church that sits by a creek in the mountains.  I’ve been raised by wonderful people doing their very best to serve the one true living God.  I was to be the next in a long line of very devout preachers.  I’ve always been raised to be led in and by the spirit while seeking the old path. And now like Abraham was called out of his father’s house, I’m now being called to Holy Orthodoxy.  Please pray for me as I continue on my journey to bring my carnal man into full submission into my spiritual man. ☦️

I was an agnostic atheist for the first 35 years of my life. Everything changed once the Holy Spirit guided me to holy orthodoxy. I'm a catachumin and so grateful.

Greetings to my Orthodox Appalachian brothers and sisters from Serbia 🇷🇸❤️☦️❤️🇺🇸

I'm an American middle eastern orthodox Christian living in Appalachia of Kentucky.

For me as an orthodox Christian whose identity and traditions are firmly established in Orthodoxy many centuries ago, it is truly inspiring to know that our ancient Orthodox faith is flourishing in the USA. Greetings from Serbia!

As an Appalachian American in Pennsylvania, i grew up protestant. Struggled with my faith and found Christ again, feeling the draw towards orthodoxy. I pray I can pilgrimage to Holy Cross. I pray that Appalachia in whole thrives in christ again.

I am from East Tennessee, I am happy my Appalachian brothers in West Virginia is accepting Orthodoxy!

I’m their UPS man! Great people

У меня слезы от одной мысли: маленькое зернышко веры православной дочери священника тронуло душу ее мужа и далее этот росток веры превратился в большую ветвь растущую из древа Православной Церкви. Слава Богу за всё!

“When you build with hope for the future, you build things to last” the modern world needs to hear this.

I am a Ukrainian. I came to the US when I was very young and I did not know that there are Appalachian orthodox.  Thas so cool ! Go bless you guys.

I am Texan, and looking very seriously into Eastern Orthodoxy. Protestantism feels dead to me, but Orthodoxy is so clearly alive. It’s as alive as our Lord and His saints.

God bless you brothers in Christ! With love from Orthodox Bulgaria.

I'm from East Tennessee, please pray for our tiny Orthodox Church.
