The older I get the more I realize that we empaths are supposed to live alone in a house in the woods where deer come around with a running river nearby filled with precious stones and every herb and staple vegetable growing out back where the goats and chickens are just past the horse stable and only help those who were sent our way by the Universe.

I am empath and my life is way more miserable than people would think, being that level of sensible in an insensible world is a hell, like no need to go in hell, we are here.

You need to be a good grounder and have a shield around you or you can absorb the personality of others 😊

I have or had close friends who always called me in times of distress. By the end of the phone call, they’re laughing. I feel I have the ability to uplift and encourage people and doing it makes me happy. I feel I could work in social services, etc.

I never felt a higher presence or a higher being when I was a child. I never felt like I was part of anything. I definitely was not part of the family. I felt totally alone. I still feel that and I’m 64 years old.

I hate been an empath. Ive stopped going out to social events with people I know and with people I dont know. I pick up on their energy and "know" things about them no one else knows and its not always good. I leave exhausted. I never say anything or share, but those peoples secrets come out months later and Im not surprised because I read them the first time I met them.
I wish I could shut it off honestly.

Now wait, just one minute, he said, visualizing a bubble of light surrounding you as a common practice! I visualize this every single day even when I pray and he says it’s a common practice? How could it be a common practice when I never knew it was a common practice I just did it. Wow! This isn’t the first time I’ve heard something like this and have had my mind blown

Very accurate as an empath myself i easily pick up the energies of others and their emotions. It allows me to read people easily and pick up on vibes.
