That’s an awesome prep service by you and your staff. Getting ready for breakfast and lunch you going outside getting all your product to bring inside the building you in to other cooks prepping and getting ready for breakfast and lunch services. You have a key staff with you. Everybody works together as one that’s a good team, I like how you prepped for lunch you tell the other woman what you made for lunch and she remembered everything chef you’re an awesome chef you have awesome chefs that work with you. You have an awesome kitchen staff that helps clean up the kitchen and house in the other areas of your restaurant Always meet the customers happy I never see you take a break or anybody in your kitchen chef take a break that’s amazing. Keep up the good work chef can’t wait to see your next video.
