"Do not let other people rush you with your decision because fast response is only convenient to them" like woah

My problem isn't bad decisions usually, it's the lack of them. I delay making a decision so long I no longer need to make it.

Watching this was a good decision

I swear the timing of your videos are eerily aligned to my eras of struggle.

You're a legend mate. Thanks for putting out the videos you do

Lew looks like you've grown a few inches seeing as your board looks smaller now! Congrats!

Emotional impulsive decision-making is probably the main one that's underlying most bad decisions.
And the other main one is simply not knowing how to think through things

I've gained a lot of spiritual space from your videos.  Thank you so much, I've never been so free.

This video is very important. Bad decisions catch up with you sooner or later. I have got a brutal reminder of this, and it cost me a potential relationship.

Yep -- guilty. I've made bad decisions just to escape a bad situation.

There seems to be a special scenario when the "2) Emotional avoidance disguised as logic" choice of "Just do anything!" is an appropriate response and that is when the alternative is shock during an assault or similar catastrophic situation.

My belief is that if someone has prepared a "combat mindset" that says "Do not stay still!" (aka "do anything") they will move and by moving become less of a target and also slip out of shock, regaining control proportional to prior knowledge of what should be done.

Louis. Please make a video on derealisation. Everything you’ve given us already has helped me tremendously. I’m trying to get off substances but the thought that nothing rlly matters at the end of the day destroys everyday of my life. The es it could be the drugs but I don’t see any meaning in anything. Idk if I’m defining it correct either but that’s how I’ve been feeling. I’m jacked, model, I’m going to college too, I have a good life on paper. And I’m so confused why I’m not happy.

just wanna express how much I appreciate you. I'm a big self help kinda guy but I think a good job not overdoing it, I struggle with overthinking but I've gotten to a state where I don't blame myself as much. just wanna say I appreciate the perspectives you give. really helps me not feel like a horrible human for just having some minor faults I'm dealing with

2:26 not to miss the forest for the trees here, but what has really helped me eat healthier when I don't want to cook (which is most of the time) is batch making and freezing my own healthy meals. i started doing it for my toddler and then I thought why am I not doing this for myself!!? Spaghetti is a good one, or steam a crap ton of broccoli, mix it with mushroom soup and now you have another kind of vegetable sauce, add some batch made chicken and noodles and you've got yourself some brain-healthy food that you have frozen in individual servings in little sandwich bags. It's great! Cooking can be such a mentally taxing thing and we need to sustain our bodies. This has helped me so much! Especially all you ADHD brains out there tired of having instant noodles or cereal. Just thaw the baggie in water for a few mins and microwave the rest. Seriously life-changing.

Can you please make a video about for example getting good advice online but do not know how to actually put it in practice in real life to learn them?😢

I've learned.  When someone says  "Trust Me"    Do  NOT  Trust him !

number 6 was so eye opening. would really appreciate if you could explain / guide us on how to see our future goals as feasible when we’re caught in that self betrayal spiral (since that spiral often makes you feel more distant from your ideal future than ever). It’s hard to make decisions aligned with your long term goals when they feel so unattainable because they require so much change from your current self

Self-betrayel part hit me like a nail / Relatable as relatable it can possibly be

I feel like I made one bad decision 30 years ago and my life has been an ongoing struggle since then.   In dealing with addiction and heartbreak and mental issues.  I try to do better but end up in the same mess over and over and it’s getting old.
