"Self love" is evidently adding a nose ring (again), fairy hair (from TikTok), calling herself "Girly pop" (from TikTok), and ending every sentence as a question (TikTok/1984 California).

"type deal type situation" has to be the most useless grouping of words i have ever heard

Her eye-fricking herself and ducklipping the viewfinder KILLS ME. 😂

So she’s eating salt and carbs only❤ perfect combo for her medical conditions! Self love 💕

Imagine you're in your 30s, every single person you've ever met that isn't blood related has ditched you, and this is all you have to offer the world. It would be sad but she chose it

The fact that alr talks about Delta 8 so openly in front of her mom tells me that she doesn't really care about her mom and her sobriety. You'd think alr would be careful since her mom was actually a drug addict. I think alr only cares about herself

How can she say it tastes "hoemade" when she has never eaten homemade pesto pasta?! That makes no sense what so ever.  Also does she not realize Gatorade also has sodium to rehydrate you? She's just begging for a stroke with the alcohol, delta gummies, and sodium loaded foods.

After all these years, you'd think she could cook a decent meal. 🙄

She really can’t wash one spoon to eat with???

All that from a girl that weighs more than Tammy and Amy Slaton combined.

Our girl has obviously never been to a dispensary cause you get free shit every visit

So, her legs are swelling even worse? I saw a clip 2 or 3 years ago where her leg fat was actually hanging out of the bottom of her pant leg.

Like, somehow, the leg fat from above the ankle was drooping down to her heel... and they are worse?  That sounds like a severe wake-up call.

So, is she cutting back salt? Nope, she actually increased her salt intake.

Losing weight? Nope, she's "off track"

Getting massage therapy for her legs? Not even once.

Wrapping them? Never.

Elevating them?  Not even a little.

Walking as much as possible every day? Literally as little walking as humanly possible.

Oh. Ok.  Yeah, she is definitely suffering because of her "disease," not because of her conscious choices to either do nothing for it, or actively make it worse.

Why is she trying so hard to convince us she’s healthy when we know she isn’t… like the Panda Express part she said she got the beef and broccoli because she’s “obsessed” with the broccoli… but broccoli is definitely not what got her to 500 pounds

Oh girl, it's not your legs that makes you unworthy of love. Trust me.

Question: Why are the bottoms of Amber's pant legs ALWAYS 4-5 inches too long and a mess? Think deeply; why would someone who is meticulous about makeup/hair/clothes always ignore such an obvious problem as stepping on her own pant legs scraping across the floor with every step?

Actually a disgusting display of the human condition...

Whenever she talks about something she have she says “ I suffer” so she always see her self as the victim? Why say I suffer normal  ppl say “I have” she is too much

Her mom’s sober after what sounds like a pretty rough time of addiction and Amber’s just casually waving delta 8 around.

is it just me or is ambie trying to act cool in front of her mom?

nah the measuring spoon utensil is crazy. it would’ve taken 2 secs to wash a spoon or fork while ur cooking. i’ve done it 100s of times 😭
