Valentina if you like the house you need to hire somebody to take out all the garbage out of that house then you need to get a water hose and clean the walls and floors.

Omg😂! Valentina, are you sure you wanted to rent this house with this awful condition?
You have to make a better deal with the landlord, you will fix everything, toilet, ceiling, floor, electricity, walls but rent is free for 5 years.
Remember, since there is no electricity yet, you have to apply for a permit and installation of your electricity.
Check your surroundings too, since the house looks abandoned, there might be venomous snakes.  Be careful.

Hmmm. I don't feel good about this new house of Val. I hope she considers looking for another one. Or if there's really no other choice, I hope she considers getting a helper for Slava. That must be a lot of work 😢

TO EVERYONE SAYING SHOULD LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT PLACE, THIS IS FOR GREAT CONTENT!  SHE WILL NOT MOVE IN UNLESS THE LEASE CONTRACT IS NOT GOOD!  IN AMERICA, THE LANDOWNER WILL GO TO JAIL AND FINED FOR THIS, but this is Philippines… people still barter in this province!  I AM SURE THE OWNER AND VALENTINA HAVE MADE AGREEMENTS FOR STAYING THERE…
