I used to live just up the road from this old farmhouse - Richard Evans built it when he moved up from the south to buy out local mines in 1827. He didnt stay long then moved to The Grange in Haydock. We called it Phythian's farm and they had great potatoes ! Weird to see photos of people I grew up with on your video. Paying rent to Lord Gerard £73 was a lot of money. Please keep in mind the people in some of these photos are still alive and living in the area. The name is pronounced "Fivian" its a local name from the age of Brigantes - pre Roman.

This house is five minutes walk away from ours! Seeing the inside of it is surreal as it's been empty for so long! Well done Guys!

Oh man, I was also born in 66 and my first car was a crappy brown Datsun.  I haven’t seen one of them for so long!!!

love you to do our house while we nip up the asda  as if its abandoned  our boys bedrooms look like some of the places you go to any way

I agree with Andy Charles treated Diana like crap and went with that horrible woman and if she had of been treated properly Diana would still be alive I truly believe that. There's a lot of us that think her death was not all what it seemed. I'm sure Andy knows what I mean I didnt know he liked Diana but she was our Princess and so beautiful. She did lots for charities especially for Aids and trying to be rid of land mines too. She was criticised by the media and many more people. How can you be like that to someone who just wanted to help others and used her high position to do just that. Congenative is suppose to be heart failure its very scary when you get older .. one of my old school friends came to see me today telling me she has cancer of the lower spine. We all have to live for now and have fun while we can. You guys have got it right. If you are still active and can walk then go exploring. I love to watch you guys and you take the risks too and it must be scary at times. Keep it up and keep making us laugh you guys are great friends look after each other .. Love you both xxx

A bathroom with 2 doors like that is called a Jack and Jill.
You pair make me chuckle.
love that you show everything on your explores. Thank you from a new subscriber 👋🏼

This is such personal..

Talking about Charlie boy .. I hope if he is Coronated he will immediately Abdicate because Wills and Kate are the only future of the Royal Family .. Most of us remember how he treated Diana and having an affair (with current bint)
Main thing for me is the "adultery" and now they talk about her being "Queen"!
Unbelievable ..
