The best possible sound, without compromising the authentic feel. The visual presentation couldn't be much better given the actual conditions. It’s a pleasure following your channel. :-) Best regards from Denmark.

“The Porcelain Lady” indeed looks like a graceful dancer in a flowing white gown. You’re a fine artist.

I have absolutely zero idea on how to focus stack. It’s something I really need to try, especially seeing your images! ❤

Thank you for an informative and beautiful journey into the amazing world of mushrooms! We in Russia adore mushrooms; many are delicious and healthy, while others are simply incredibly beautiful, but unfortunately, inedible. :) Sincerely, from Russia with love :)

What I love about Helicon Focus is not only is it a great stacking program but the company is in Ukraine.

'The Horror Show' was amazing. All of them were. You do such a great job.

I'm sure Courtney has fixed the printer now but I thought I'd mention a common cause of printers printing with a magenta cast. One cause is colour management being done twice - once by the computer software and once by the printer. This can happen on Apple machines, for example, if the Apple OS decides to install its own 'Airprint' printer driver rather than the printer manufacturers.

I think the journey you have followed over the past few years is very interesting. I may be wrong, but you seem to be more comfortable with macro photography, and I think I get that.
There's something about spotting a tiny scene, a place and a moment never seen by anyone else. Then, through gentle movement of the subject, lighting etc, capturing something truly unique and fleeting. I don't do enough of this type of photography, but one of the delights I found was seeing something in the photo I never noticed, like a cheeky little insect or arachnid.
The only detriment is back ache 😄

Very much admire your intimate photography of autumnal life. You see with your eye, your heart and your head.
Hugging a tree is asking permission to enter their world.

Another very good video and particularly because you come at it from the point of view of someone who struggles with this type of photography. You are absolutely right about getting confused with what and which to shoot. Instead you make the point to slow down and get into the zone. It has taken me a while to get to this point, but it’s good for others to hear it from you. Also glad to know I am not the only one who gets frustrated with printers and printing. Hope you got it sorted. Great lesson. Thank you.

Not going to lie, I misread the title as, "The Great Autumn Fungi Hat" and was thinking, "Did Courtney buy a Xandiloquence Bizarre hat?"

I don’t know why I haven’t been following your channel until now. I have watched random videos in the past but this one made me press the subscribe button. I really loved the mushroom photos and by the way you can never have enough mushroom photos. 😃

Great shots of mushrooms. I’ve walked in woods and taken pictures of tree knobs, abnormal growth on the trees. Possibly an injury repaired, broken off branch, deer rubbing, besides fungi growing on the bark. Even troll holes at the tree base. Mostly I’m out 2-7 pm.

I love following your adventures - with the total blame headed in your direction, I went out and upgraded my gear, purchasing a Nikon Z8, the 105 macro, the 14-24 wide angle, the 24-120, and the 180-600, all being Nikon lenses. I have been enjoying woodlands photography ever since!

Awesome work Courtney. Finding and highlighting the fungi’s characteristics and bringing that to life is a true art indeed. The art of seeing, envisioning and creating the image makes your works stand out.👌👌👌

Hi! there is calibration stuff for printers. It is like for monitors but for printing devices… you can create profiles for printer, different paper that’s you use for your art… Nice work!!!
