What does it actually cost to do drag full time — and what happens when a lipsync falls apart in front of a room?

In this episode of The Show Must Go Wrong, I'm joined by Berlin-based drag queen Harpy, to talk about bad gigs, the financial side of performing, and building a career in drag in Germany.

We discuss what it takes to get booked as a drag queen, influencer culture in the scene, and the financial reality of going full time. We also get into failing in drag and the vulnerability of lip-syncing, and finding community after the attack on CSD pride in Berlin.

Whether you're a comedian, a musician, or any kind of performer, this episode is full of honest conversation about surviving bad rooms and building something that lasts.
