📝 Cake Ingredients:
🌾 Flour: 460g
🍚 Sugar: 250g
🥄 Baking Powder: 20g = 4 tsp
🥚 Eggs: 5
🧈 Butter: 200g, melted
🍊 Orange Juice: 100ml
🍊 Orange Zest: To taste, from 1-2 oranges

🍯 For the Syrup:
🍚 Sugar: 3 tbsp = approx. 36g
🍊 Orange Juice: 150ml

💡 Tip: The zest (to taste) is usually 8-10g from 1 large orange. It gives it all the aroma.
