i’ve been obsessed with how fast the kill time and rolls are on dapples since the second i touched them—it almost makes you feel invincible sometimes because you kind of just fly through people. and i always wondered why dapples were only ever used as an alternative cooler in comps or why only the cooler kit was used, even in soloq. the main weapon felt soooooo nice to me even before this update i always thought they were a strong choice. regardless, i’m happy to see them played more and im happy to have a ~buff~ like this :3

The reputation for this weapon is absolutely deserved to be on the spotlight :_dudeLUL:

When your color is purple, the Tacticooler dispenses grape sodas.

This might be the biggest glow-up a weapon has had in Splatoon 3 without any drastic changes happen to it :_PogU:

DAPPLES NATION WE'RE FINALLY EATING GOOD

As a dapple dualies main I am very aggressive with them. I am pretty great at closing gaps, especially against long-range weapons. But I do like the way you place beckons and set them up as defense a thing that I can lack at times, and the small tips about working with teammates are also good gaming advice. Also, one last thing swim speed is not the only ability, there is also quick respawn, which is very good with dapple dualies.

Even before the buffs, I always thought this kit was amazing. Not running Comeback with how aggressive you wanna be along with the Beakons is criminal, in my opinion.

The regular Dapple Dualies were one of my favorite weapons when Splatoon 3 was fairly new. Later on I hear they are low tier.

Then lately I hear they are top tier, like certain other weapons that used to be considered bad. Still kind of funny to me how some patches improve some weapons so much.

Also, agree on the advice you give on beacons. Sometimes it's frustrating when your teammates don't use them, when doing so would make a big difference in possibly winning.

13:30 you're gonna want to place the cooler on tower here actually, since it has quite a large  hitbox and can actually block shots

Happy belated birthday dude 🎉

One thing I’m noticing is you tend to stick in turret mode a lot - Dapples’ strength is the speed of its dodge rolls, both in how quick they move, and how often you can do them.  You should be using them mid-combat WAY more than you are, it makes you way harder to hit, and it’s a fantastic way to close distance & make them have to move more to aim at you.

I like the dapple dualies but, for me, i either slay or I’m destroyed.  There’s never in between.  It’s fun when I slay….lol

This weapon is crazy af on urchin
