This guy together with Mike Israetel has profoundly impacted and improved my training and knowledge about fitness. His form is far superior to many other popular  bodybuilders and it clearly reflects in his physique.

How’s this dude only at 150k subs? Literally one of the best most genuine fitness channels out there.

I tried those lying cable curls last week! Once I couldn’t do any more full reps I sat up like you did and did more reps until partials and bottom drag  curls! I have never felt this kind of deep burn in my biceps and I typically trash my arms! lol After the set I was like woooow! 20 years of training to discover a new trick to destroying my biceps even more! Thank you Sir!

Of all the influencers, you and Dr Mike are the most useful. It's been a long time since I couldn't touch my shoulders after Bi's and Tri's day.
