I so wish I found you back then! Such an information rich platform. 💚
I am looking forward to my next appointment to discuss this aspect. Finding the right strain is everything, I care not about THC headline figures as in my experience it means so little for the medicating combined terpine effects.
It is a real shame these clinics can't do a 1g per strain selection box or something. Always a risk 10g for meds that don't work.

Think they should do a 10g selection of suitable strains which help with each specific conditions it would make it a lot easier to narrow down what works best for each individual patient.
Rather than have to buy 10g and it doesn’t do what it says on the tin 😂 would definitely save us some money in the long run.
I’ve been on medical 7 months so far and only found a couple that work and then you can’t get hold of anymore so this selection method would defo help me just think you could try 10 different variety’s if they done a gram of each in the 10g
INTERNET yep I made the mistake of religiously spending hours on Reddit following strain advice and ended up with strains that I wasted cash on
Now I go nowhere near others advise unless it a seed/mould issue
My advice is go to the stock list
Go for a hybrid and start off 18% -20% THC then 22%-25%
Also for me some of the cheaper strains are just as workable, currently medication is 10g of Cherry Cheesecake from broken coast 25% THC hybrid and cost me £3.95 a G, plus I’ve had to stick to one strain due to redundancy and health issues but I’ll go back to my usual 10g for throughout the day (usually a Hybrid 22% THC) and 10g of an Indica Hybrid which is for my sleep to knock me out)
As I said go for the cheapest strains if your not 100%
