Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (2010) is a one-of-a-kind mix of romance, video game chaos, and comic book energy — and this movie reaction is a wild ride from start to finish. Directed by Edgar Wright, the film follows Scott as he battles Ramona Flowers’ seven evil exes in a story that’s just as much about growing up as it is about boss fights.

In this reaction, I dive into the movie’s creative visuals, fast-paced editing, and hilarious performances. Between the killer soundtrack, stylized fight scenes, and heartfelt moments, this film captures everything that makes cult classics unforgettable. Whether you’re a fan of the comics or discovering it for the first time, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is pure cinematic fun.

Is she calling the Brie Larson "that blond lady"😂

"Why are they fighting?" Because Scott has to defeat them......he's not going to beat them by hugging them. Lol.

sin city, kick-ass, tmnt, the crow, and this movie nail the comic vibe perfectly.

In 2023, the whole cast came back to voice their characters in the Netflix animated show, "Scott Pilgrim Takes Off" 😊
I also greatly recommend checking out the graphic novels, the movie & show are based on. 🙂

Fun fact, the actress who played Knives; Ellen Wong....as the youngest person in the movie....is in fact, older than everyone else in the cast.

Also, just noticing Scott's sister(Anna Kendrick) is really pretty and then making a Twilight Reference later on when she is also in Twilight and not putting it together was pretty funny 😂

The creature that shows up during the amp-to-amp battle to fight the dragons is a green-eyed monster. Scott is angry and jealous when he sees Ramona talking to Gideon. You can see his eyes glow green just before the monster shows up. It’s a representation of his feelings and, of course, the rock.

the creature that scott's band summoned to fight the twin dragons is a yeti, also known as an abominable snowman. Basically big foot, but instead of lurking in forest like area's, they lurk in cold and frozen like areas

Knives is 18 at the end of the movie. Still not right, but she is not 16.

Scott Pilgrim & Ramona Flowers are easily one of my favorite power couples.

Also....
Scott: First you were "vegone", NOW you will BE gone
Todd: Vegone?
(Me sharing the same degree of confusion)
