Some disagreements I have here. Well, yes, the show does make. HAL looked like a Dick. He's got more of a charming type of Dick if you know what I'm saying and all the time shows him to be right and knows what he's talking about, and I feel like if normies do read the comics and they see how and John getting along, I don't think. They would have a problem with that or be confused. Heck, they might actually like it. 'cause even though I do like lanterns, I haven't really been that much of a fan of John in HAL's dynamic, so I'm hoping in later episodes, John realizes he was wrong and HAL was actually a good guy. And they could have been friends. Also, you say, oh, they should've used all these other ideas or it should have stick to the original premise. How exactly would those have been interesting? Wouldn't doe shows suffer from the same problems as what you're complaining about with the lanterns, and why is it interesting? If Alan Scott dies but not HAL Jordan, finally most people will think of usually both John and HAL. I feel like in this day and age when you say green lantern, or maybe they'll even say which one  anyway, sorry for the link fee post. Just wanted to get my thoughts out there, and hey, at least you're saying it's not a completely terrible show, so I do appreciate that

That's a great intro!  There were so many writing issues with this episode.  Despite finally getting some action, the storyline, as a whole, makes almost no sense.  It's just bad story telling.
