Looking for the perfect caramel cake featuring chocolate, caramel, and mousse? This incredibly moist cake combines a fluffy chocolate sponge, delicate caramel cream, and airy chocolate mousse. 🗒️ Ingredients and Preparation:
🍫 Moist Chocolate Sponge Base:
3 eggs.
80 g sugar.
A pinch of salt.
30 ml vegetable oil.
Mix for 30 seconds at low speed.
50 ml milk.
80 g wheat flour (all-purpose flour).
20 g cocoa powder.
1 tsp baking powder.
20 cm (8-inch) diameter cake pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25–30 minutes.
🍯 Creamy Caramel:
225 g sugar.
100 g butter (well-chilled).
160 ml heavy cream (33–36% fat; heat until just before boiling, but do not let it boil).
½ tsp salt.
🍫 Chocolate Mousse:
50 ml water or milk.
8 g instant gelatin.
120 g dark chocolate.
80 g milk chocolate.
½ tsp salt.
100 ml heavy cream (33–36% fat).
30 g caramel.
350 g well-chilled heavy cream (33–36% fat).
🥛 Milk for soaking the sponge (optional). 🍫 Chocolate Glaze:
180 g milk chocolate
20–30 ml neutral vegetable oil (odorless).

Peanut Caramel Cake – incredibly delicious and easy to make
Crunchy peanut cake layers, smooth caramel condensed milk, and sour cream create a heavenly combination. The cake sets in the fridge overnight and tastes especially delicious the next day!
The recipe is easier than it looks—and perfect for birthdays, holidays, family gatherings, or simply with coffee. If you love caramel, peanuts, and creamy cakes, you simply have to try this recipe!

150 g roasted, salted peanuts.
Grind into crumbs (pulse briefly).
180 g butter.
90 g sugar.
Beat for 3–5 minutes.
2 eggs.
Mix until smooth.
280 g flour.
10 g baking powder.
Add the ground peanuts.
Knead into a soft dough.
Do not over-knead; just knead until the dough forms a ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Roll out the dough.
Cut out a circle with a 20 cm diameter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 8–10 minutes.
Prepare 8 cake layers in this way.
500 g caramel condensed milk.
Stir until smooth with a whisk.
500 g sour cream (alternatively, use stiffly whipped cream). Spread the mixture evenly over each layer.
Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with roasted almonds.
