can tell you now that basically all betting shop employees except maybe the manager don't care if you're winning, there's no training to stop you. If you give us a tip we'll carry on hoping you win, we still get minimum wage regardless of the amount of money we bring in

I’ve watched this 8 times and I have no idea what’s happening,    I’ll stick to the FTSE dividends returns.  Good luck to you all

The staff were probably fishing for a tip from your winnings rather than caring about you winning.
I used to work in a bookies and honestly, winners never bothered me, I still got paid the same crap amount!

Well at least the Save the Children CEO benefitted from all that gambling.

In some countries the bookies double as bars, and staff too busy serving drunks to monitor people on the terminals. May have to give this a go the next time I'm in Spain.

I love that I got an ad for the bookies before this video

Well done! beating the bookies and giving it to charity.

I feel like this would be harder to do in the  States, at least for racing .We have a parimutuel system where  prices/payouts are determined by bet distribution, not  what they were when you placed the bet. It could be 2/1 when you placed the bet but if the horse  goes off at 1/1, 3/1, etc, that's what you are paid out if you win. Not really a game you can find +EV in.   Fixed odds are coming though.

You are the man, Caan! Great video, love seeing you beat the thieving  bookies.

Absolutely superb vid Caan I thoroughly enjoyed it. More of these kind of vids please and keep up the great work! 😎👍👍👏

Bravo sir for helping the charity and taking money of the corrupt bookies 👏

Great video Caan as always.  You are a true gentleman and diamond geezer.  God bless you and your family 🙏

You betted well. Then give to charity. Good person in this world. Amazing.

looking forward to this one

Fantastic !
Thx for the video !

I had an early morning cleaning job at William Hill, in town, back in 2016; 6am - 7am and occasionally the staff would come in before I had finished. I perhaps stupidly mentioned that I had just got into matched betting :)) They liked me enough and perhaps didn't like William Hill enough to do anything about it. One of the guys gave me a hug when I told him I had handed my notice in with the contract cleaning company (Interserve - hand's down, one of the worst and most ruthless companies I've ever worked for)

The other day I tried a little "stunt" that was inspired by a young guy on YouTube who was laying Bet365 odds on Smarkets. I tried the same but got too creative and placed the win, draw, loss on at Bet365 prices (leaving them to be matched "in game" too). Had they all matched I would have walked away with a cool, 13p profit (on around a total of £2.60 ish stakes). The draw did not get matched and I ended up losing 51p. I told my adorable, Polish boss at my new, early morning cleaning job, Wilko and she gently admonished me; saying gambling is a mug's game and said I should stop as she knows people that have become addicted and lost everything.

She's not wrong; my late mother's best friend's boyfriend; Tony, an Italian, was Britain's top, Dolphin kitchen and bathroom salesman; earning six figures back in the 1980's. Unfortunately he had a major gambling addiction and was in a large amount of debt and was never able to cash in and enjoy his considerable success. Always load the deck in your favour and never risk what you can't afford to lose.

Enjoyed this, good little watch

I have seen this exact strategy used by a WH employee. I used to put bets on for him in his own shop. I just didn’t believe it would work. Now I think I might try it myself.

Superb Caan. Great video. Love the shades btw

Nice work Caan
