"Take that mythology you're no match for the allmighty gun"
Best line i've ever heard in my life

it is so hard trying to explain the collective unconscious in megaten for people who aren't in the know

that was pretty great, like a 9/10, damn good first impression from the algorithm there

Joker vs. Neku Breakdown:

Neku (Loser):
+ Less cocky and head strong
+ While his attacks having cool downs means that he can eventually outlast Joker's Mana...
+ While his imagination can quickly end the fight if given the chance...
= While both of them can buff their stats...
- ... his inability to spam his strongest attacks and Joker being able to restore his Mana makes it unlikely for that to happen
- ... Joker could kill him before that happens due to him taking all 3 stats
- ... Neku can't nerf Joker's stats while Joker can
- Less versatile
- Is vulnerable to Joker's one-shot and dura-neg moves

Joker (Winner):
+ Takes all 3 stats
+ More versatile
+ Can nerf Neku's stats
+ Can one-shot Neku and negate his durability
+ While Joker can restore his Mana...
+ While Joker can end the fight quickly...
+ Can spam his strongest attacks
= Both of them can buff themselves
- ... he would eventually run out if he doesn't end the fight quickly
- ... his personality could leave him open due to him showing off

Giorno: so that how you die?
Neku:yeah pretty much is their anyone that he can lose to

I have to thank you for making my dream match come to life.

Just finished both I can finally watch this

I've been following your Death Battles for some time. Loved the one for Seiya and Sailor Moon, BTW! If I could make a suggestion for another battle, I suggest a team battle, 3-on-3! Either The Powerpuff Girls vs. The Crystal Gems, or a parody battle like the real channel (McGruff vs Smokey the Bear, for example): Ed, Edd, n Eddy VS The Three Stooges!

Yeah here we go I'm ready for action man.

Idea: Transformer vs Pacific Rim

Surprised you only brought up Neku against Draco Cantus, whose strength is admittedly ambiguous (Megumi uses Joshua's power, but it's unstated its full potential and how much power Joshua's even offering. Joshua's also aiding Neku at the same time, rendering his involvement moot.). In NEO, the final boss is Phoenix Cantus who's kinda a culmination of the waste Imagination Rindo caused through his time travel. In total it was 13 timelines of Shibuya, which Neku partially aided in manifesting and defeating.

...Does that scale to Joker's feat of a universal merger? Probably not, the Metaverse was a whole alternate reality and Joker commands a Persona specifically to match it. Neku explicitly needed assistance from his partners, and he's even humble enough in NEO to say as much.

YES YES YES YES SHINRA VS BAKUGO LETS GOOOOOOOO

5:30 That music in the background sounds very familiar

No eres el único, creo que eso también me va a pasar a mi 😢 (soy de la tarde)

Awesome, next time LETS GO SHINRA

Var 😊

Sad Bakugo L but I’m totally rooting for him

Yeah, the difference in cosmologies between these 2 should put into perspective exactly how lopsided this matchup was. Joker is going toe to toe with gods that exist on a conceptual level. Yaldabouth and Adam Kadmon warp reality and fuse dimensions like its a typical Tuesday. Bear in mind this is a lowball, his speed and durability could be scaled much higher depending on whether you intetpret the skill Big Bang as a recreation of the event that created the universe, as well as if Persona feats scale to crazy levels its parent series Shin Megami Tensei scales to, which can go as high as beyond outerversal.
The Noise and Reapers are powerful, theres no doubt about thad much, and Neku being able to keep up with them, Joshua in particular, easily puts him near the top of his verse, only really below Joshua following the end of the first game and higher dimensional entities discussed in NEO, but even the top of Neku's verse would have a tough time against the most recent Wild Card user, standing no real chance against anyone from the upper mid tiers of the wider SMT verse.
Sure Neku has greater versatility and potential, he just can't keep up with Joker.

I thought Joker's canon name was Akira Kurusu

Bakugo is gonna get crub stomped. Literally. 😅
