The entire family is a dysfunctional mess, especially Kim!  There is no way to minimize the situation

Both parents are to blame. Where was cps? Just because these idiots were living in a mansion, I guess that means cps doesn't bother them. The other kids, like the elder daughter normalized the concerning behavior of KJ. I mean, what 14 year old is sneaking out every OTHER night picking up random women? Needing money from an older sister to support his late night ventures and she is giving it to him. This is a warped family and not one of them has an ounce of common sense.

No, it was "penetrative sex" according to the Prosecutor.....

"Based on court reporting from the bond hearing on September 11, 2026 before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge, the prosecutor was Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy.

There is no public verbatim transcript — juvenile records and the videos were ordered to remain under seal, and prosecutors asked the judge to review the explicit video evidence privately under seal. What was reported in court by multiple outlets is this:
Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy told the court that investigators allegedly found multiple videos on the teen's device that depict penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12. She also said the videos included what she described as predatory and derogatory language directed at the victim.
Additional reporting of the same statement:
Investigators had found videos on KJ's phone allegedly showing him engaging in sexual activity with a family member under the age of 12, and that the footage allegedly included "predatory, derogatory" language directed at the victim

Investigators found videos on KJ's phone that allegedly show him engaged in penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12. McGillicuddy described "multiple encounters" captured on video and claimed KJ used "predatory, derogatory" language toward the individual depicted
In the same hearing, McGillicuddy also made these additional statements to the judge for bond consideration:
• She said the office considers this a second serious sexual allegation involving female victims   • She alleged KJ had previously been charged with sexual battery of someone under 16 and said he has been under court supervision since late 2025 related to an incident first reported in April 2023   • She urged a significant bond if the teen were to be released, pointing to alleged documented physical injuries from the April incident and the seriousness of the new claims
The April incident referenced is the alleged assault inside a co-ed sauna at the Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia on April 23, for which KJ was arrested Aug. 17 and later indicted on 7 felony counts including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and false imprisonment.

His attorney Jason Sheffield disputed the characterization of the earlier juvenile matter, saying it involved inappropriate middle-school behavior and was not resolved by any finding equivalent to statutory rape or sexual intercourse. "

My theory is that the 2023 led to a child court probation.  I don't believe the phone evidence was found then.  I believe the evidence was only found when they took his phone off him in this latest case.
I also believe the Defence lawyer played it down because he was only going on what Kim and Kroy told him happened.  I think he was blind sided by the Prosecution opening the sealed child records.

People who ACTIVELY think to brush this off are crazy.  You don’t get COURTS involved and sent away over some name calling

Toxic AF

The dad blaming his mother for their son’s actions is why KJ thinks he can do anything bc he has never been punished for anything so he probably doesn’t have any concept of right and wrong. His parents get in a fight whenever he screws up and forget about dealing with him all together and he probably gets the makeup gift, rewarded for screwing up.

Drive ... omg

If it is not what we think, why were the courts involved. It has to be serious.

When Candy Buress wasn’t paid for creating the ’Tardy for the Party’ song, nobody made Kim accountable. When Kim refused to pay the Decorator, Kroy never held Kim accountable. When KJ was violent against his siblings, nobody corrected him. This is a pattern.

Kroy is just as crazy as Kim. And NO, KJ does not get to "experiment" on little children.

Great Tea

They’ll get out of this one!

That's a lie that happen under Kory Care
