When someone dies, it's normal to think their story is over. But some families claim to have continued hearing their footsteps, seeing their routines repeated in their homes, or even receiving visits that seemed to have a very specific reason for returning.
In this episode of Let's Talk About Horror, we'll explore three experiences related to deceased individuals who, according to those who lived through these stories, continued to appear after their death.
The first story begins after a father dies in an accident. His son, wife, and daughter begin to hear the exact same routine the man followed every night when he returned from work: the gate, the keys, the footsteps, the cough, and the kitchen chair. What at first seems like grief and suggestion changes completely when objects begin to appear out of place, and one of them finally sees a figure wearing the deceased's clothes.
The second experience takes place at an elementary school. After the death of an eight-year-old girl, several students begin to say they still see her sitting on the bench where she waited every day for her mother to pick her up. A teacher tries to ignore the rumors until she too begins to hear crying in empty classrooms and finds something written in a notebook that changes her understanding of what's happening.
The last story takes place inside a small business. A man owed money to an acquaintance who died before he could collect. At first, he thinks the debt died with him, but then the banging on the metal shutter begins, coins appear without explanation, and calls come in from a phone that should be turned off. After installing a camera, he discovers that someone keeps returning to the shop in the early hours of the morning. Terrifying! Do you believe that a person can return after death if they left something unfinished? Have you heard stories of deceased relatives continuing their routines, children who keep appearing in certain places, or the dead who seem to return for a specific reason? Let me know in the comments.
