I'm like the idea of Izuku's past/future/present as Agent 47. But you would have to at least think through some events and how to put pieces together to make it so. For example, how no-one would know that he was Mr 47, because he grew hair and didn't shave them, and thanks to that his code was covered by them. As for Inko. She could have had a son, but he died in accident, and Dr Ortmeyer used one more sample to give him more common look, which in return made 47 to look exactly like Izuku. And after he ran away he ran into Inko, who at first didn't believe who she saw, but then decided to let him explain everything and then think about next move.
