What stuck with me was how grounded, intelligent and just super nice to be around he was.
Never seen Sprout so settled and content with a guest.
Great testimony to JT's character and personality.
Living a couple of miles away from where James grew up, I followed James’s career from early on.
It’s partly thanks to James that my career as a press photographer took off.
Working freelance for the Derbyshire Times, I got to cover more than my fair share of his races and used James’s local connection to blag passes to the bigger races in the uk.
So, cheers James. You’re a top bloke and I’ll no doubt see you in Clowne Tesco again soon.
