In NFS Unbound, Youmna is the only NPC opponent to not have an option to bet against her because she is depicted as a practicing Muslim, and gambling is considered haram in Islam.

32:10 this ain't the wind 🥀

Once again I'm glad to be featured in this series

In Gran Turismo 2 the TommyKaira ZZIII and ZZII are in fact the only concept cars thats been revealed and featured only in GT2, being years later the original ZZII concept being real, way too different than the original concept in GT2.

2:46 - What even more interesting is the fact, that the DB9 in stock form uses the sound of the Lamborghini Diablo's V12 engine which is unused in the final version of the game. I think that the developers used those sounds because both Murcielago and DB9 has the V12 engines, but they haven't got the correct sound for the Aston for the moment.

1:22 Doctor Sebastien Loeb

11:30 if I remember reading it from wiki, the said Supra was used as a placeholder for the Unknown boss, because Unknown was supposed to be a mirror of your car

Some also says, this is the canon car of Hajime Hisanaga AKA Snake Eyes, or currently Revenge Eyes, back on TXR 3, as he's believed to be the protagonist of TXR 3

In grid 1 used cars actually have buffs depending on how high the race entered/race won ratio is

19:57 THIS IS A SPANISH LORE REFERENCE. “Villarriba” and “Villabajo” (translated as Upville and Downville are two fictional Spanish villages which are enemies, which later become friends and merge in one big village called “Villaenmedio” (translated as Middleville). This comes from a Fairy-brand dishwasher soap TV ads , in which one village uses that soap and the other uses a different soap, and the one which uses Fairy soap gets better results and because of that they become enemies.
If you look for those TV ads in YouTube, you will see that the villages features on those ads are pretty similar to the race location, even sharing the same banner “Bienvenidos a Villarriba” (bienvenidos a villarriba)

17:33 I forgot to mention about Japan rally. It did appear in DiRT 1 before, but in subsequent games, it never returned since then.

39:40 Also in Gran Turismo 2, BMW cars are the only ones that can't have their wheels customized

The prototype menu music in Race Driver Grid was remixed and used in F1 2010 by code masters

4:04 Hmm There's A NFS Car Toys

interesting title

Regarding the cut Dirt 3 cars. Its possible that the Super 2000 fiesta was replaced by the open class Fiesta, while the Geiger Camaro was most likely replaced by the SSX concept.

I distincly remember that the Driver San Francisco Skyline was actually RH drive on the Xbox 360, could just be a mandela effect

1:40 Ah, Arai-san. I remember that he also appeared a lot in Hot Version/Best Motoring program as well and being called "Tarmac King".
