THEN BANG! Alfred kills his adopted son who watched his parents get killed in alleyway at 10 years old….ANYWAYS GUYS LOOK AT THIS AWESOME BOARD GAME

Everyone else responding to Damian's plan: NOO!

Darkseid: Nice.

I like how Lex asks if Batman is dead, before declaring himself the smartest on Earth. Lmao

Alfred casually turning into one of the most powerful beings at the of comic pleases me immensely. My favorite character

John Constantine always does the craziest shit in non-canon AU story lines. If I remember right, he ends up conning the entire DC Universe in Injustice, tricking Trigon and Mr Mxylzptlk into fighting while he vanishes into another reality with his daughter. It's part of the reason why he's my favourite DC character.

The creativity with plastic man being a giant "blood moat" was so cool

Jason burying Bruce, Dick and Tim is one of the most cathartic moments in this series. The one who actually died has to bury his fallen brothers and father. Amazing.

Marvel Zombies started the zombie heroes subgenre but DCeased does it the best. It has little to no character assassination, actual character arcs (my Goat Damian) and emotional beats.

Honestly this is exactly what else words stories are about.
- killing off the main crew to give light to the less focused on
- cool infusions/successors of killed heroes
- cool coming togethor of villains and heroes
- so many clever uses of powers and teams
This story just nails so much. My favs:
- lux luthor dropping to supes sad about their city, yet still cocky to make a lost two planets joke
The rich people bunker is so hilarious and awesome. Everyone was just utilized  in such a good way imo

The contrast of how Superman's family survived and all the Bat-family died is so on point to their characters even though it's sad af. Supes always has hope in his heart and decided not to kill Pa Kent, which turns out he can be cured. Meanwhile the bat-family always suspects the worse and value self-sacrifice for the people they love, so they all die. This series has made me fall in love with Jon Kent and Damien so much I can't even.

Reminds me of a Comicstorian video.. RIP man... DCeased is one of the best things DCs done in a decade

Let's all take a moment to give Cheetah props for fighting Wonder Woman not for her pride, her jealousy, not for herself, but for children she barely knew.

None of those villians had any reason to save those orphans, but they held off the undead to protect those kids.

Superboy: Its dangerous

Damian: I am Batman🗣️🔥

So basically Constantine is that one guy at the dnd table that min maxed everything with all the OP magic items like the Vecna items yet manages to eat shit?

I just have to say
Alfred loses everyone from the bat family basically ending Batman
While Super-man comes back, has his wife, son ,mother and even gets his father back who I thought he had killed at the beginning

The bat family always has more loss at the end but that's who they are

They are Batman

What i loved about this entire saga is how they took some of their heavy heaters and leveled them up.
Black canary and GL
Batgirl and Shazam
Darkseid and YL.
Alfred and the spectre
Such unexpected combinations.

If only dc made this to a movie it will be one of the best thing they ever done and will surely explode everyone's mind

The panel at 2:10:48 is both saddening and heartwarming at the same time. especially that bat shaped collection of stars

My only complaints are that Raven never factored into the Trigon plot, and the loose end of Talia putting Stephanie in a Lazarus Pit never came back around.
