Appreciate the shoutout Dad! Now not to sound ungrateful or anything but the link in the description appears to be broken ;)

I know your pain of trying to find a rattle, it always ends up being what you think it is not. Also subbed to your sons channel.

There are hooks on the body that tighten under the dash that holds the hood lace on. There is also a bracket under the dash at the top corners at the firewall (both sides) that would tighten when the original hood rods bolted to the firewall. Good luck

Maybe it’s an old screw/ bolt/ chunk of rust.or something inside the body/ frame. Anyway hope you find it soon, I can hear it in Australia 🤪🤪

rattles can be a real pain to find in older cars, I'm sure my 40 Ford will have loads. Subbed to Kyle.

The best way to resolve a squeak is to make the stereo much louder! Bugsy will look awesome painted.

Shake Rattle and Roll! 👍

Dave it might be the passenger side wiper arm making the noise!!???? Hopefully you’ll be able to figure it out!!! See you in the next one!!!!

I find if you have the music loud enough …. There is no rattle noise 😊

I would think it’s related to metal on metal contact rubbing. Could be fender to cowl contact, or body mounting points.

Sounds like it's under the dash! Kinda hard to tell. Or inside the door.??!

Forget trying to find the rattle Dave and just focus on the sound of your engine! 👍

@watahyahknow 2 years ago
