UPDATE! Sade 18 is perfect! I have dry eyes but oily face so gloopy concealers are my jam and this looked beautiful! But the wear on this is HORRIBLE! Looool I am surprised how bad it looks after few hours! It separates and looks heavy and doesn’t look skin like anymore. Also I just use spf underneath so I’ll try with other SPF but my SPF never gave any issues before so I think this concealer just wears bad 😂

Thank you for the honesty; I really appreciate it. For me, it sets down and is super hydrating, which I like, but I agree that it is light coverage. So for me, it is a concealer for no-makeup makeup days on weekends, but for daily work, it is not enough for me.🤩

I don't like first impression videos because it is mostly influencers being excited about the product giving a biased review. You don't get to see how the product wears in different weather or with other products. I appreciate a weeks work of an impression for a product. I didn't plan on purchasing as most of her colors across products do not work for me. I do like the idea of her other concealer, the Pinpoint, if it didn't break all the time. They need to reformulate that one and get different product packaging to stop it from breaking off.

I initially got the wrong shade and I emailed customer service and in less than a day they got back to me told me just to give the wrong shade to a friend or a family member and sent me at no charge. The shade they thought would work based on pictures that I sent and it was a perfect match now that I have the correct concealer and corrector shade which for me is five and 10 I absolutely love this product and haven’t stopped wearing it. I am light medium neutral to golden. A bit olive. I am 59 years old. I have normal skin. I have brownish gray under eye and inner eye darkness.

Lisa Eldridge’s customer service is the best in the industry. The three times that I’ve needed it. They’ve always done anything and everything to make sure that I’m happy and I don’t have any social media presence at all regarding makeup. I’d suggest reaching out to them.

I think their online shade matching tool is off. It matched me really light and I knew it was wrong, plus I watched as many online videos of people using it in my shade range and they all looked too light and grey. So I went with my own judgement and bought the shades I felt would work, even though they were much darker than the online tool estimated. And luckily I was right. I do find the product to be good and very different from other concealers. My only issue is that my skin 'drinks' all the moisture out of makeup and unfortunately this concealer is no exception, which means it does tend to look too set and cracked on my mature crepey skin after an hour or so (though it does look very good from a distance). So I am currently experimenting with eye prep to try to solve this... 🤞🤞🤞

Agreed! I decided (haha, after spending $$$ for 2 of them, shipped to Canada - I know, stupid, but I am a LE fan) that I actually do prefer semi-matte to blur more, and full coverage to truly cover my grey/blue, though I want to use so very little. And agreed, the Natasha Denona fits the bill! No need to stray. Expensive lesson to learn 😅

I got mine & was also shade matched to shade 13 for corrector and shade 15. It seems like a lot of us are having that experience with being incorrectly matched to the corrector. I use Natasha’s c4 for corrector normally so sadly shade 13 doesn’t do much for me :/ I have dry textured dark undereyes so it’s hard to say if shade 15 is a good match bc of all the grey peaking through. I normally use shade p4 for concealer from Natasha. Does anyone know what shade for Lisa that’ll be?

I will say that the finish looks pretty for me as my under eyes are dry even though my skin is oily.

I’m hoping I can exchange it to better shades!

Gosh I had trouble matching too. Initially got 15 and it was a bit bright so went with 18. Hopefully that will match better. Thank you for the comparison with M4 and 17, 17 would have been too light for sure.

I have tried making this concealer work, but it slides off my face. I wish she sold a concealer with the same formula as the liquid silk eye shadows, because those actually stay on my skin

Oh sorry to hear that it’s didn’t work well for you . Absolutely loved this concealer and used 17 too. I use her neutral 19 foundation and skin tint 10. The customer service told me that the corrector for me would be 15.

I am new to the world of concealers - and I just don't understand the "luminizer" concealer sub genre. It is meant to CONCEAL and a luminizer typically enhances a feature i.e. the term "highlighter" is meant to highlight
