My final breaking to the core was a year of great pain at the hands of a medical system which is not designed for individuals. I was/am living with the news I have a slow cancer which is in Stage Four. THAT year cracked me 100%, but I slowly found the news of Stage Four (which I did not yet know is going offer maybe five years of living) finally allowed me to open to bliss, and not just momentary glimpses, but an entire reordering of my experience. I awaken every day and relax into bliss. The ways of the world are all water off this duck's back now. I love. I see with love. I choose to love. Nothing else is given purchase. Peace, All.

in my experience after ”awakening”, with a sensitive nervous system, the depression can happen, as the pain of physical world is felt more in the human organism.
It can be intense, but at the same time one can be compassionate about the situation. Feel grateful for being highly sensitive being and hold the depression lightly.

You're sure right about therapists! Good luck finding one who understands awakening and doesn't try to "fix you" back into a whole individuality!

So true... It's the mind wanting to be in control, persisting in the illusion that it is or ever was in control, that is the source of the resistance which creates the pain.

sometimes I think this process will kill me and I suppose that's true as the "me" dissolves...it is a very painful and difficult process but there really is nowhere else to go but with it, it is all there is...

It resonates with me. The pain sometimes is unbearable. I have sometimes felt the desperation to get myself free from the body and mind. But nowadays I have started seeing things a little bit differently.

My experience is being awake from the day I came to earth and finding myself in a dense physical body. A body and senses that are hyper sensitive to the 3D world and to everything that is not truth. It means you are living most of your life in survival mode until your multidimensional self calls you back through a long painful and ardous physical ascension....

We arrived here on Earth as pure enlightened being. The moment we opened our eyes and became aware, the conditioning commenced from all directions taking us away from who we really are to an idea of who we think we are. This create a void within ourselves, an empty place that needs fulfillment.
Forget this spiritual mumbo jumbo and spend time in nature's natural frequencies and ground yourself to the Earth. The more grounded you become the more solid those empty places, the more solid the more patience you become which is needed when entering the unknown which cannot be navigated. Trust in yourself and don't go for anything fluffy. Embrace each awakening step where there is no right or wrong way, but you must be solid within yourself first. Feel the energies pulsating through the Earth from the core, and the high dimensional energies from the universe. See everything as energy, frequency and vibration, the lights of consciousness which is alignment with what is.
Stop trying to understand it, full in the void by grounding the being first, then stop reinforcing who you are not .
