Dawson's Creek has always been my comfort series. Every few years without fail, I get the box sets out and watch them all.

902 TEN AI narration gets worse.

You got to hate the AI voice over!

It made me cry when  jen died in the show when i watched it 😢😢❤❤

Rip Jvdb..😔

I loved Dawso's Creek when I was young. 😊❤

Sooo.
Whydd they kill her??????

I'm currently revisiting Dawson's Creek because I own all six seasons on DVD ! Its weird because I was thinking about revisiting Dawson's Creek before James Van Der Beek passed  away and then afterwards it felt like it became necessary! Me and my ex wife used to watch Dawson's Creek ever Wednesday night on the WB network it was our show even though we weren't teens ourselves we got it and understood it. The episode Hurricane in season one really got me emotional watching it now because that's the episode where Dawson's mom Gail confesses to Dawson's dad Mitch that she had an affair!
It really hit me in the feels because my ex wife cheated on me with a coworker and it ultimately ended up being our downfall and why our marriage ended! I am currently almost at the end of season four and I just started watching it yesterday afternoon! I realized that I'm a little bit like Dawson and Pacey myself. I'm a movie buff like Dawson and I'm surprised that I didn't wanna become a movie director or an actor because of it and Steven Spielberg is one of my favorite directors too. But I would say that I'm more like Pacey because my life isn't Great in fact I'm a complete screw up and I don't have the girl or I should say woman so I'm currently alone no relationship other than friendships and father relationship with my three young adult kids son 32 years old, daughter 24 years old and son 20 years old and all three will be another year older this year I'm currently 54 I'll be 55 in October I'm at a point in my life where I don't know what to do or where I'm going or doing with my life ?
In fact I'm lost. Anyway this whole rewatching of Dawson's Creek was for nostalgic reasons and it made me identify myself with Dawson and Pacey and relive how I felt when I found out my wife had an affair and I'm sure that I'll get all emotional when I get to the episode of season five where Dawson's dad dies because it will get me thinking about my father and probably my mother who just passed away this past November the day before Thanksgiving! Ironically my father passed away two days after Christmas when he died.
Anyway Dawson's Creek is, was and still is a Great show! The whole cast was Great and the rolls were cast perfectly!
R.I.P James Van Der Beek

I liked this series before it actually came out i saw it in a teen magazine when i was young i think cause i saw Joshua Jackson on the Mighty Ducks but i instantly like Katie Holmes and James Van Der Beek and had the Dawsons Creek poster on my wall way before the series started on tv in Australia

Wow 1998. I mean ive watched it like a few times in tge last few years so obviously late 90s but still crazy it was so long ago.

I simply love Dawson’s Creek! I’ve rewatched it as an adult and still love it! Always #teamPacey ❤

Fell in love with Dawson and Joey on screen. Never been so moved by a tv couple as by them, their love and their chemistry.

Joshua Jackson was the only one with Hollywood experience? Wasn't Michelle Williams in the first Species movie? They even showed a clip of that movie like a second ago.

Her death was unexpected but I liked it ( made me cry) but it brought them back home and it showed how your past poor choices can come back to get you. Jack finding love and taking care of Amy so sweet

joy

Dawsons Creeks was great for Seasons 1, after Kevin Williamsons left the series

I love pacey..he set the impossible of what a guy is supposed to be and how he's supposed to be towards his girl..

It's Katie Holmes Day here in Toledo everyday...

My favorite character was jen Linley, because she was so gorgeous.\n She was my childhood crush. The woman that I dream of and still wish I could find today. She is misunderstood the underdog pretty much.  And that's how I am misunderstood in the underdogs. O me and her would have got along great if I would been on Dawson's creek me and her probably fell in love and that would have been the end of it because I could've loved her better than any of them did knowing what I know now back then, yeah, our love would have. Been great.  Ben waysShe's always been my favorite after michelle williams and then there's joey joey's gorgeous too , but not as beautiful as the actor michelle wanner's played in jen Lingle

add Ally McBeal to the list and you pretty much have my "coming of age"/ teen TV shows!
