What did you think of this lesson? Have you been using "yo recuerdo" or "lo recuerdo" and "me acuerdo"?

As a native spanish speaker form Chile, with these videos i'm learning english and spanish !!

And here I've been saying, "si, me requerdo."

You’ve been posting a lot lately, I’ve been waiting for more good videos to drop!!!! Started watching you back in December and it’s been amazing

I’ve spoken Spanish for many years and never knew the difference between recordar and acordarse. Excellent video!

I want a video on transitive versus intransitive verbs! It unlocks so much when paralleled with how we use English!

I've been learning Spanish for 7 months now and have just found your channel. Your explanations are always very clear, and cover things that are relevant to the way I'd like to develop my conversational skills. Thanks!

This is a very subtle grammar point but incredibly helpful and accurate. Thanks for identifying it and sharing it.

Every question I had or thought of during the episode was answered. This is fantastic!

Es algo general. Cuándo se contesta en español a una pregunta de sí o no, o se contesta sí o no o, si el verbo es transitivo o reflexivo, se contesta siempre con el pronombre de objeto directos.

We also say: me acuerdo, and recuerdo, without the “si”

Brilliant teaching. Thank you, Andrew.

Finally someone answer my preguntas.... GRACIAS!!!!

Hey! First comment! Thanks for your content!

Spanish is very nuanced, and you can use these forms depending on mood, emphasis, subtlety, etc.

THANK YOU. I have updated my Anki.

¡Excelente explicación! 😉👍🏻

This helps!

Well, It's possible to say "Yo recuerdo que, por aquél entonces, estaba estudiando en la Universidad", for example. What is an error is to say "Yo me recuerdo".

00:30:  A fine point here, but the "se" at the end of verb doesn't always mean that it's reflexive.
