Before testing the MK127, I wasn't sure how well a 127mm Maksutov would cope with deep sky astrophotography. After spending time with it, I came away pleasantly surprised.
Would you consider using a Maksutov for deep sky imaging, or would you still choose a refractor or Newtonian?
