RackGaki is a journey into Japan’s graffiti culture in 2007, documenting the writers, crews, walls and visual language of a scene that was still largely unseen outside Japan.
Made alongside the RackGaki book, the film captures Japanese graffiti from the inside, with footage from the streets and a soundtrack drawn from Japan’s trip-hop and underground music scene.
