Might just do titanium shims instead of the full brake caliper rebuild with stainless steel pistons and dust boots now.

Awesome vid. Excited for the aero!!! And for you to tap into more power once you do!

I was going to replace my rotors front and rear. I bought those same rotors, but the hats were different colors from the front and the rear for some reason they couldn’t find matching front and rear hats so I had to return them.

That hub needs some love.

Seen some people have issues with the 034 rotors. Premature cracking. Hopefully you don’t but keep a close eye. I went with girodisc to be safe.

Can’t believe he does all this work & leaves the water rust on the hub area!🙄…. Standards!!
Having an odd coloured caliper would drive me nuts tbh!!😳🙄
Personally I got rid of the original brakes your running & had an engineer come up with a kit for fitting these brakes to the E46 M3 & put these brakes on those cars…. Looks absolutely amazingly!👌🔥
Then I went with the larger 400/380 mm discs off the M2C & larger , lighter 6/4 piston Calipers on my M4 CS & M4 comp cab!… again looks absolutely amazing.

What size punch do you need to push the pad pins out?

Did you skip the brake fluid? Enjoyed the video

hey alex whats wheel and tire specs and whats the lip?

Do you replace any of the caliper bolts at all? FCP said they’re one time use?

Did you clean the wheel hub before installing the rotors? That’s going to create vibrations.

How do you like the pfc pads?? I was thinking about going with ebc yellow or bluestuff, I would like a lot more bite out of the brakes tbh I just have the akebono pads as of now

Wondering what aero you are going with? I’m waiting for ridge line motorsports to get their new chassis mount front splitter released.

Alex, can I fit a 275/35 on stock rim?   (Fronts)(2018 F80)
