OBJECTION! Rapture exists and was founded in international waters beyond the border of any nation with the intent to be independent of any nation; and as such is a sovereign citystate in and of itself, and *independent of any other nation and any laws stemming from said nations*. As such, All acts taken within Rapture are subject to Rapture's OWN rule of law... Which is to say, There is basically no law. There is not a single count of murder, in self defense or otherwise, within the evidence slated against the client. As such, I find them unequivocally NOT GUILTY... Shame about all the tragic accidents though.

Also Andrew clearly commits suicide by proxy, He knows you must obey- and orders you to kill him.
Also also, While it is true that if this were judged under the laws of a different country that you would have been convicted of Battery against Fontaine... Technically it is in fact the little sisters who Kill him. :)

I'm surprised that you didn't bring up self defense, seeing as the splicers are trying to kill you, so you, in self defense fight back. It's not your fault you were forced to take a life to save your own. The case of Andrew ryan though you could claim coersion seeing as you were forced to kill him lest Atlas stop your heart as he tries to do a little later.

Adam is the one area that wasn't implemented well in BioShock. You can get everything you need without harming the sisters. If they had made some broken plasmids that were too expensive to get without harvesting a couple this problem would have been fixed. There is no incentive to pick the evil option.

I mean, its without murder, not violence. And you are being mind controlled so you have no say for a vast portion of the game. As long as you avoid killing as much as possible. And the little sisters are the ones who actually kill atlas at the end.
