Is it commitment phobia – or is the relationship simply not a good fit? Especially when a relationship becomes more secure and committed, some people suddenly begin to have doubts: feelings fade, little things bother them, and the desire for distance grows stronger. But is this really just gut feeling or an old defense mechanism speaking? Steffi and Lukas explain why excitement can sometimes feel like true love and security like boredom. You'll learn how to recognize commitment phobia, how it can disguise itself as excessive demands, and what signs indicate that a relationship is truly right for you. Steffi also gives a sneak peek at her new book, "Let's Explain This Psychologically," which will be released on September 16, 2026. ganz herzlichen Dank für diesen Podcast!
