Loved how you said Alastor has no one to blame but himself, it needs to be said that a likable personality can sometimes make us forget what monsters theses characters are, so making sure people know he did this all to himself shows the human side of the writing. Great video and interesting designs.

A lot of folks make AUs, but your commitment is honestly quite commendable. You have radically altered the character designs and have managed to flesh out the characters and, most importantly, the worldbuilding so much that it feels like it could very well function as its own story.

Honestly love how most all the sinner's deaths aren't hardcore edgyness like in the og series
Alastor getting the cannibal disease, Velvet accedentally shooting herself, and freaking Baxter slipping and drowning in a bathtub are all incredibly funny and ironic

I really like the Adam and Eve redesign and relationship because it actually feels like how it would be in this situation instead of the modern “man bad” idea

The bodies explode if they look too similar??? That's really funny and also interesting I like that

Watching this, I feel like the Grinch from the 2000s, when he playing up as a director and watching max perform, only for Max to force the red nose off and Grinch respond: "BRILLIANT!!!!"

I absolutely love Alastor's redesign! The nowhere king demon form makes his design way better, at least in my opinion.

Your Adam and Eve rewrite is so good damm it! And they complementing each other in the battlefield,by having different fight styles is a chef kiss! You made exorcist mask more scary, because they lack an expression,it is just blank eyes staring at you,I love that vibe.

This is so so so so so much better than the actual show, genuinely the best AU I’ve EVER seen. You are so talented dude this is so amazing.

Me who was about draw : 😃
SEES AJ POST 6 HOUR LONG VIDEO WHICH MEANS A BACKGROUND NOISE WHILE I DRAW : Screams in artist

I can't even describe how obsessed with your Alastor I am - in a lot of art and portrayals of current show Alastor, he's of course a showman first and foremost but also a threat, with the best I can describe him as being kooky or eerie. But your Alastor is so much more unpredictable and unreadable. I feel both pity and, for the first time with his character, fear like I would for a real murderer with an unfortunate origin. He's genuinely disturbing and deeply unsettling to imagine locking eyes with, let alone share the same space. He's just so cool TT

I’ve been working on a series that has  reference to hazbin hotel for the characters

But as horrifying entities

Pentious into a cold calculating British war criminal

Vox into a false prophet of a false faith that says he will make humanity enlightened… to make their souls “brighter”

Vaggie into a huntress of a bloodline for over 300 years a fallen angel of torment

Charlie into a false prophet who thinks she has to drag humanity into the lake of fire because her dad told her humanity dose not deserve the gift from god for their sins and it’s “mercy” to make them face their punishment for sin

I love how half your versions of the characters have an illness of some sort.

2:07:27 I’ve actually never seen anyone else make this part of a Native American character’s backstory!! I’m Canadian so we learn a lot about Native American history (more so Canadian indigenous history, but the U.S gets included in that as well) and in Canada our last residential school was actually shut down in 1996. That’s absolutely insane, and I’m really glad you brought that up because it raises a lot of awareness!!

Ok , credit where credit is due. Cause this entire au is clever and i love it.

THANK YOU!

I hate the trope of Adam & Eve not being together and it being Adam’s fault.

Adam & Eve are made for each other (Eve in a more literal sense lol).

I love how you made Heaven and Hell seem more gray than just "Hell good, Heaven bad" both of them have their flaws in this universe

33:44 Eve is such a cutie patootie

Maybe having Lilith as the progenitor of imps could also work incase the hierarchy and stuff still has issues. Perhaps they originated as bastard spawn?

The bed and breakfast idea already sounds better 😂
