Jerma complaining about buying an expensive art school just for the game to spawn a random earthquake right at said art school is some of the funniest shit ever.

My favourite part of this is when he (the mayor) noticed shit-water was going into the fresh water pipes and said, "Don't worry, the mayor is here!" when he caused it from the start

Nothing sums up this stream better than Jerma looking at the charts detailing stats of his town and saying
"Ooh, this looks bad. I don't want to look at this anymore"

I love this guy.

Jerma intrinsically treating all roads like themepark walkways will never get old

perhaps one of chat's funniest jokes is sending a wave of smiles when it happens in the game

This stream is proof Jerma has never resided in a human settlement before

I've been laughing for 5 minutes about chat spamming POOP CITY when the earthquake caused the sewage to back up

Man, this makes me feel better about my city planning skills in this game.

watching this, i keep remembering something lightning mcqueen said: "It looks awful," "Eh, it matches the rest of the town."

such a fantastic and iconic stream, and so interesting to listen to his thoughts about success and streaming now into his retirement era

5:26:03 will forever be my favourite part, the long journey, the comedy music, getting cut-off by the donut van and the smog town sightseeing

1:19:45 I'm so glad I'm not the only one that heard the lick and couldn't stop hearing it through the entire song.

This is one of my favorite Jerma streams ever; I laughed so much while watching it live. So glad it has been preserved with the chat log, thank you so much!
