I took a 2-night, 3-day trip to Kuroshima Island in the Yaeyama Islands of Okinawa.
Walking around the island, I saw cows, cows, cows...!
The laid-back scenery, beautiful sea, diverse wildlife, and Kuroshima's delicious cuisine were all wonderful.
There aren't many tourist attractions, but it's a truly lovely island where "having nothing to do" feels like a luxury.
I even encountered what looked like triggerfish and swallowtail angelfish in the sea 🐟
As usual, I enjoyed the nature of Kuroshima while picking up trash on the beach.
