I wouldn’t be mad if they cast her for the live action movie

Anyone else impressed with the effects in the live show? Cause I am!

Queen Latifah's performance was the best part of this musical.

How did this come off more authentic than the Disney live action remake

Queen Latifah is one of the most underrated entertainers. To go from rapper to actress to singer back to actress and do them all SO damn well is truly incredible. one of the GOAT’s!

The fact that she even changed up her voice to create that OG Ursula raspy voice is true dedication!! Queen Latifa was amazing!

She actually burnt her hand on the cauldron.... and still delivered one of the best Ursula performances

Is anyone surprised? This is why she is called QUEEN
Edit: thanks for the 5k likes lol

She literally killed this. Her wig is made up of all the snatched wigs.

She is honestly the best part of this musical.

She would have SLAYED in the live action movie!!! Ursula is a big character with a big personality and Queen Latifa fits that type of character!!!

She should be Ursula in the new live movie...she basically succeeded the role

2:42 her burning herself sounded like she was saying “Ha!” That surprisingly fit very well with Ursula’s character lmao

The reality is that Ursula never needed Ariel's voice

Edit: Guys, I'm not talking about the story. It's just a joke (because Queen Latifah is an amazing singer for this role)

Queen Latifa doesn't just steal the scene, she steals the entire show. Absolutely incredible performance

She killed it. Who ever chose her is a genius

Nobody:
Not even Triton:

Ursula: Throws glitter on the withered mermaid

Can we just have her in the actual live remake 😭

2:43 That fact that she actually burned her hand for real and didn’t break character for a SECOND shows how taltented someone is.👏👏👏
