Really interesting, in the ritual video the girls appear to be "sacrificing" them selves ritualistically and cut off their angel wings. Almost as if they are symbolizing getting rid of the old innocent image of themselves. Is this a new badass chapter for The Warning?

Pau said that Perfect Daughter is not about their parents, it's about being a Daughter of the World around you. Keep in mind Pau is a literal genius when it comes to writing.

They just hit #1 billboard for rock song Kerosene which sets a new record for all female bands and latin american groups. Super proud of them, the album has been on repeat all day!

Blood Sport. Ale taps into her inner funk artist.

This album truly has everything. Each song features a part from each member of The Warning. The song "Everything's Falling" is a collaboration between Dany, Paulina with "Perfect Daughter," and Ale with "Bloodsport." That's The Warning: rock, fun, melodic, etc. Dany's voice is spectacular, as are Paulina's screams and Ale's backing vocals. It's a great album with 90s-2000s vibes but with a more modern touch for new generations interested in rock. 🤘🏻🔥🎸🎶⚡️🇲🇽

Near perfect album, the only thing missing is a Pau lead vocal track.
They tackle some serious topics in this, and they are demonstrating maturity beyond their years.

The Warning recently did an interview with Loudwire (the video is on YouTube) where they talk about this album and the concept behind it - definitely worth a watch.

This album is in many ways a new direction for them, and I'm all in. I especially like the lyrics and I like the way you interpreted it.

There are so many layers and double entendres, and I don't think any one of the songs really are about what it seems on the surface.

They have mentioned that the overall theme is inspired by the story of Icaros who flew to close to the sun and burned his wings.

In their case, and you hinted to many of these, about the downside of fame, about growing up to in the public view, about expecting too much and fail, about others expectations, about fans seeing them as perfect and how to deal with that, about being judged, about not feeling well but still have to perform and putting on a facade, about how to deal with people writing mean things about you, and overall about how to survive it all and coming out on the other side stronger than before.

There are already a couple of stripped down "acoustic" live performances of a few of the songs, and they somehow, as always, manage to sound even better that way.

Especially look for the one where Daniella is singing Everything's Falling by herself, live for the first time in front of an audience, with her sisters sitting on the side just listening. So emotional and beautiful.
