Ultra VS pro. I pick OPPO

Oppo looks good, nice skin tones and natural. Xiaomi has nice contrast and pop, but often it can also destroy the picture.

Oppo is hands down at the top with the Iphone Pro max but at a fraction of the price when it comes to cameras. I worked as wedding and event photographer after college, the blur and white balance in the Oppo is close to what semi-pro cameras were doing 10 years ago, and we are talking thousands of dollars on a device that only took pictures but now you have that in a phone!

thanks a lot Daniel!
OPPO is my choice from these 2 great camera phones!

Xiaomi 17 Ultra Wins!

In terms of point and shoot, I agree with you. But I'm a photographer, and I'm using an Oppo find x9 pro because of the Raw capabilities. You can shoot Raw 50mp shots, while with the Xiaomi you're limited to 12.5mp unless you're using the main camera. Also I heard that the Xiaomi doesn't allow you to use the optical zoom in Pro mode... And also no sensor crop in Pro mode

I used a Xiaomi 14 Ultra before as my daily driver, and I really like the point and shoot experience, but the pro mode is lacking...

Like common, why put such good camera hardware in the phone but then they don't let us use it 🤷 Even Apple, Samsung and Google let's you shoot Raw high-res with all the cameras

I just got the Oppo and I love it. I've owned five Xiaomi phones before. They were good but I wanted to try something new and so far, I'm really happy. Not sure how the 1 inch sensor is on the Xiaomi but I have a proper Sony camera if I want to take really professional looking photos.

Thanks for the video man! I really enjoyed it!

In many situations, the OPPO's highlight handling is better, although it bleeds in UW, but in Wide it is much better in this regard. For example, in the back of the yellow taxi, the OPPO burns in the reflected lamp light in UW, but in Wide it is completely good, while in other night photos, the OPPO burns in the whites better in Wide. Although I see that the OPPO's highlight and shadow handling is often better, it is optically far from the Xiaomi, and obviously they cannot be compared in terms of image sensor resolution. But the problem is that the flagships of the top brands perform so extremely.

I had the Ultra 15 from Xiaomi and after less than a year I got green bands on the screen. And I also had to completely charge the battery on the Ultra by 1pm-2pm every day with how much I used the phone. When I'd go out to a concert or something where I knew I would be using my phone/camera a lot, I would HAVE to have a portable charger. With the Oppo Find 9x Pro I can get all the way to bedtime and STILL have 60-70% of battery life left without charging it once! With the photos being as close as they are, it's the battery life that does it for me (and the fact the Xiaomi screen went to crap before a year was out was very sad)

Good comparison

Hi, congratulations on the comparison review. From the video I don't see much difference between the two. Is it worth switching from the Find X9 Pro to the Xiaomi 17 Ultra in your opinion?

Please don't do pixel peeping and rather focus on the general photo. Nobody cares for the details at %800 percent zoomed. We don't do in real life. The colors, wb, exposure, dynamic range are important not a sign's sharpness.

Interesting comparison.

This would lead me to choose the Xiaomi but the Oppo X9 Ultra is coming soon. So I will wait a little longer.

The difference is small, once in a while one takes better photos than the other

5:26 less noise doesn't mean better.

In fact, I have the Find X9 Pro and i really dislike that it denoises everything

Any reviews in these two phones software and usability?

The Oppo is really surprisingly good ! not only in camera department but overall (OS, battery, build quality, etc). It is really good device which is much cheaper now than Xiaomi 17 Ultra.

Xiaomi 17 Ultra❤❤❤❤
