spore creature veteran here: when you go from the proto-creature character creator to the creature character creator, once you get rid of cell stage parts you cant get them back! so dont sell the cute eyes from cell stage if you want to keep them on your creature
also its best to mate less often between playing the game and collecting stuff so you have more dna to spend and more parts to use when you re-enter the creature creator
also putting certain parts on your creature (like if you discover bug wings) will make it so you discover the upgraded versions of that part as you progress (the feathered wings which are the level 5 wings, let you fly much longer than just gliding) they kind of work like classes or skills in that way where they can be upgraded if you choose that path
creature stage is the most fun imo, it becomes a different type of game in the later stages

Dear Yecnalc,
Not to be dramatic, but this actually might be your funniest video yet. The day you posted this I watched it and laughed so hard when you created Dolly I had to pause the video for like 5 minutes cause I was laughing so hard. I hope you play this game more cause it's great content and soooo funny like omg.
From, fan

If I were a kindergartner on the story time carpet I would wish you’d be the super cool fifth grader who would read to me
