In Estonia we call it ÖÖKAPP (raw translation is night cabinet). How it is called in your country?

I ask myself is there anything this man cannot do! ❤

The camouflage of that indelible stain on the top is brilliant!

God, anyone else would have replaced the hardware with new ones that matched the theme, or just made new handles from polished wooden blocks.
But this guy is not only a top-notch cabinetmaker, he can make a replica from original materials. I can't even imagine how much this project/order costs (I was raised in the IKEA paradigm of consumer goods: cheap, but short-lived), but it's worth the money. Respect for this work

Your attention to detail and a desire to keep the piece authentic make this a really beautiful restoration. I really enjoy your videos!

Here's someone who knows what the definition of 'restoration' is. Very nice

That replacement handle you made is just perfect 👌

An artist at work. Or a magician. Or both?! Amazing results, as always! 💗 And I loved seeing the work of your channel members - very inspirational stuff! 😊

After you cleaned the front of the drawer I said, “That's the kind of wood pattern that I love” and I would keep that small piece of furniture, just for that drawer. Your work is a wonderful art as always. I loved to see members projects! Congrats to them for taking the challenge!

What an unusual Art Deco nightstand! Love that you remade the handles. Beautifully done.

I am enjoying the new addition of channel members' projects at the end.  Amy's shelving unit is giving me lots of inspiration!

Art Deco is my absolute FAVORITE furniture. Ive never seen anyone truly restore an art deco piece. They usually alter it somehow. This video was an absolute treat! Thank you for all your work and writing a book!

Watching you make that new handle made me realize just how incredible you are...truly a master at what you do.   There is NO ONE  on Youtube ,or maybe anywhere who is as good at what you do.🤩🤩🤩

That cabinet turned out so nice.  Watching the handle creation process was so much fun!  ❤⭐️
The viewer projects are a wonderful addition!

Many people restore art deco furniture but you may be the first I've seen give it that genuine polish. It's stunning!

Your restorations are beautiful. You are an artist.

You know my mantra. I LOVE WATCHING YOU WORK ❤

What a beautiful surprise, to find your latest project this Saturday morning, Ahti! It was so soothing to watch as I sipped my coffee here in Phoenix, Arizona. I’m always impressed by your genius for replicating missing pieces to your furniture, in this case the hardware. Every step you take looks totally like common sense when you do it, and yet I would never think of these solutions myself.
That’s why you’re the Master! Have a great day! 😊

I love art deco anything.  I don't know much if anything about it but recognize it when I see it.  I believe it's because I was born in the forties and everyone had it in their homes.  Good  memories.

My grandparents had an Art Deco bedroom set that I loved. This nightstand came out so beautiful! And the handle that you made came out great. You are awesome, Ahti!
