I haven't heard of this game in a VERY long time, I remember playing it every day, it breaks my heart to see what it has become. It is a completly different game now..

I remember feeling nostalgic one day and booting up Minion Rush only for my first thoughts to be “Look how they massacred my boy.” 😢

I really liked the Jelly Lab version of Minion Rush. When they made it so that most runs were not endless around 2017, I quit playing it. The Windows Store version did still have infinite levels, though I think it was delisted.

Buzzer noise
Tempel Run released August 4th 2011, while Subway Surfers released May 24th 2012 (According to Wikipedia.)

So Subway Surfers would be the knockoff of my beloved Temple Run.

When they changed they removed the Jelly Lab and the old event system, that was when the game was ruined. I was unaware they moved it to Unity, though. The old Jelly Lab version was incredibly fun because of how much variety it had. It was iterative upon Subway Surfers and Temple Run but in an incredibly good way.

minions paradise was a game I'd play so much, and minion rush had peaked when jelly lab levels were around imo (I just really liked playing the "versus" mode where you ran along with 2 other "players" and needed to reach checkpoints in an aloted time)

1:47 Temple Run is NOT a clone. In fact it's one of the games that even kicked off the whole endless run genre of games.
Temple run had released back in August of 2011 while Subway Surfers didn't appear until a year later in 2012.
