1 box Boursin Garlic and Herbs
1/4 cup diced parsley
1 bell pepper diced
1/2 large onion diced
2 tbsps sour cream
1-2 tbsps garlic paste
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 - 2 cups bread crumbs
smoked paprika/italian seasoning/red pepper flakes
salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder

Sauce:
1 cup BBQ
1 cup ketchup
1-2 tbsps tomato paste
2 tbsps dijon mustard
1 tbsps worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper / smoked paprika

I’ve always hated meatloaf but I haven’t had it since I was a kid, made this last night and your mashed potatoes and oh my God lemme tell you , it was BOMB!!!!! After my fiancé had some he asked me if I could quit my job and stay home and just cook! Lol Thanks for the awesome recipe!!

I just found this meatloaf gem you created. Well done, young man. I really respect the pearls of wisdom that you never forget to impart to the viewers. I feel like a lot of us take for granted that the audience knows the ins-and-outs of prepping and therefore they walk away confused and frustrated.

I made this last night and OMG! Best meatloaf I have ever tasted and I actually made it! Amazing! My wife loved it. And by the way, I hate sour cream but you said take your word for it and you were right. I think the secret ingredient in the Boursin cheese. And cooking it on the wire rack was ingenious. I also used the pork with the ground beef. It was perfect. Thanks for sharing! You are helping me look like I know what I'm doing in the kitchen!
