I'm 70 years and have played chess since I was 20. But I have quit chess several times for long periods due the bad looses I couldn't handle in a good way. Feeling miserable several days after such painful loses. Now I have taken up the game again, and trying to follow your advices in your video. Also when playing online, I put the UI in zenmode on Lichess, so I don't know the other players rating. And when analysing the game afterward, I try to not look at the ratings. Also I try to not care of if my rating goes up or down. But it's hard to ignore it completely.
