that last line from jason as robin breaks my heart every time

Fun fact, Jensen Ackles who plays Dean Winchester in Supernatural voices the Red Hood in this movie.

The Red Hood that fell into the chemical tank is The Joker. The chemicals permanently painted his skin white, his hair green, and made him go insane.

Did you notice that the Red Hood is voiced by Jensen Ackles, our boy Dean Winchester? He also voices Batman in the Tomorrowverse, The Long Halloween.

3:22 imagine being fans of the 1st Robin so much you put out a poll and the readers all voted to kill off the 2nd Robin. 😂

In the Comics, Jason Todd died in "Death in the Family", and stayed dead for years, until Superboy Prime (a younger evil version of pre-crisis Superman [when the scaling was batshit insane] that comes from a reality much like ours, beyond the 4th wall) punches reality so hard it brought him back to life.

Prime's gone through a redemption arc, tho. Last I checked, he is the current main Superman, as the Clark from the main continuity became a god or something, so he's taking care of metropolis for him.

The animated movies do what the live action movies can't.

Black masks secretary deserves a raise xd

In the comics, after Jason dies, Batman goes on a rampage, but Joker somehow ends up an ambassador to Saudi Arabia, with Sadam Hussein. Batman planned on killing Joker inside the UN building in New York but Superman is forced to intervene because Joker now has diplomatic immunity, and Batman shatters his arm trying to fight Superman.

Batman was 1000000% going to break his no killing rule for Jason. He had every intention to do it.

I like the Batman holds this gun when Red Hood gave him. You can see that how Batman is disgusted that he holds like some garbage

16:06 the guy that fell in was the joker befor ehe went crazy

Since you missed it, guy that fell into the vatbwas joker, that's why shows joker card after he fell, and they went to see joker to question him about red hood since he was a previous one

there are so many great dc animated movies

This is the story of the 2nd Robin

You didnt even realise jensen ackles aka dean played red hood😂

Now you have to react to Mask of the Phantasm.  It's generally agreed by the Batman fandom that this is the OTHER "greatest animated Batman movie of all time".

10:34 and thus the Joker was born.

I absolutely love it whenever James reacts to a movie/series he's watched. Bro tells the details so good and you'll be invested to watching it immediately.

6:43 You’ve seen Amazon before in the arrowverse, in the elseworlds crossover, where Barry and Oliver switched lives. It was a silver robot that copied the flash, superman, Supergirl and green arrow

He needs to watch young justice
