8:56 oh....... no. no case. as a vet tech who has seen someone get their thumb ripped off by a dog with my own eyes...... you'd be surprised how dangerous a dog can be. and i see grown men all the time confident they can restrain a dog and then absolutely get embarrassed. i've also had my arm get gashed open by a dog. and i'm a really good dog restrainer. a german shepherd killed a vet and sent 3 techs to a hospital in georgia last year.
