During my time in the Owner/President Program at Harvard Business School, one lesson I found particularly interesting and useful was about how to give feedback.

One thing I learned was that many organizations have what's called managerial debt, and one aspect of this is the failure to provide feedback, or providing feedback incorrectly.

Often, organizations see problems and know that certain things need adjusting, but choose not to speak up for fear of upsetting the other party or damaging relationships. However, these problems don't disappear; they accumulate until they become more difficult to solve and can have long-term consequences for both the team and the organization.

Therefore, feedback isn't just about communication between two people; it's a crucial skill for effective organizational growth.

Today, I'd like to share the feedback methods I learned in the Harvard classroom, hoping they will be useful to everyone and can be applied in their work.
